Sexual Assault Unit/Sex Assault

This specialist oversees all prosecutions involving all types of sexual assaults.  This oversight is intended to ensure consistency and expertise in determining whether and/or what level of charges should be filed in cases referred to our office by the Denver Police Department.

Motor Vehicle Crime Team

The team responds to all traffic fatalities in Denver, some of which may ultimately result in a criminal filing.

Bias Motivated Crimes

A team of seven prosecutors review each allegation of a crime that is bias or hate motivated.
