Three Men Plead Guilty to 2021 Crime Spree

DENVER—After going on a vicious crime spree in Denver, Aurora and Lakewood in August 2021 resulting in the shooting death of 18-year-old Shmuel Silverberg, this week, three of five defendants entered guilty pleas.

Noah Loepp-Hall (current age 21) – pleaded guilty to one count each of second degree murder (F2) and first degree kidnapping (F2). This is Denver District Court case number 21CR04969 and Loepp-Hall is scheduled for sentencing on May 31, 2023, at 1:30.

Seth LaRhode (current age 22) – pleaded guilty to second degree burglary (F3) and theft (F3). This is Denver District Court case number 21CR4939. LaRhode is scheduled for sentencing on May 31, 2023, at 1:30.

Aden Sides (current age 22) – pleaded guilty to first degree assault with a deadly weapon causing serious bodily injury (F3) and to kidnapping (F2). This is Denver District Court case number 21CR4941. Sides is scheduled for sentencing on May 31, 2023, at 1:30.

All cases are being heard in courtroom 5D with the honorable Judge A. Bruce Jones presiding.
