Keanna Rosenburgh Brought Back to Colorado, Facing Charges After Lodo Shooting

Denver — Denver District Attorney Beth McCann today announced that 17 year-old Keanna Rosenburgh has been charged with 28 criminal counts, including seven counts of attempted murder and 15 counts of assault, in connection with an incident on September 16 in the 19-hundred block of Market Street.

It is alleged that, after being refused entry into Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row bar and restaurant, Rosenburgh pulled out a handgun, fired several rounds into the crowd behind her and ran away.

Rosenburgh was arrested in California on October 19 and has now been brought back to Colorado.  She is being charged initially as a juvenile and is scheduled to appear in courtroom 2D on October 31, 2023 at 10:00 am.

“This case illustrates once again the dangers of having illegal guns in the hands of young people, too many of whom are trying to resolve disputes, often minor disputes, with firearms.  This type of behavior cannot, and will not, be tolerated in Denver,” said DA McCann.
