Denver DA Charges Man in Deadly Hit-and-Run Accident
DENVER—Denver District Attorney Beth McCann filed charges today against Juan Sanchez (age 39) in connection with the hit-and-run accident that killed a Denver woman as she was attempting to cross the street at West Colfax and North Zenobia on Tuesday, December 17, 2019.
During his first advisement last Thursday, Sanchez was given a $50,000 cash bond. Today, he was formally charged with leaving the scene of an accident involving death (F3) and with vehicular homicide (F4). This is case number 19CR09458.
